What we collect.
Information you give us: your name, email address and phone number; party and event inquiry details (type of party, group size, preferred date, location and notes); and workshop booking details (workshop, ticket option, design choice, quantity and amounts paid). Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. We also collect basic technical data such as device, browser and pages visited.
Why.
To answer your inquiries, take and manage workshop bookings and payments, send booking confirmations and updates, keep the site secure and prevent spam, and understand how the site is used. We only send marketing if you have agreed to receive it.
Consent.
By using the site, sending an inquiry or booking a workshop, you consent to these purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this may limit what we can provide.
Service providers.
We use trusted providers for hosting, email, payment processing, analytics, spam protection, sign-in and accounts, and database/backend. They may only use your information to provide services to us and must protect it.
Outside Canada.
Some providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
Retention and security.
We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law (for example, tax records for payments), and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your rights.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting our privacy contact. We respond within 30 days.
